We invest in projects that matter – leveraging two decades of experience in software and technology to produce strong outcomes.
Mission-driven mindset
Our projects are built to make a difference. We move fast, driven by the pace of technological change
Over two decades, we've witnessed the forces driving change – and the resistance against it. Our mission has always been to embrace that change and build better structures along the way.
Our base
If you can dream it, you can do it
Innovation starts with non-linear thinking. That's how we approach every project – we challenge assumptions, disrupt the status quo, and build something better.
Built in Germany.
Refined with Swissness.
German engineering, Swiss accuracy: That's what drives us.
Driving innovation
In two decades, we helped customers to drive innovative change. That's what we do.

As Time Goes By
A short recap of our track record
2006 - 2011
2006 - 2011
Build an ISP for IP Business Access and Voice >> sold to Telefónica
It all started with internet access. We seized the opportunity to build one of Telefónica's small and medium ISPs in Germany. Along the way, we developed a data aggregation platform for internet access, a voice network (IMS), and learned how to operate carrier-class data centres. In the end, more than 2,000 business customers relied on us as their alternative ISP with tailored service
2008-2012
2008-2012
First development of Microsoft Multitenant architecture
After our first engagement with Microsoft in 2008, we became increasingly integrated into the global playbook of one of the world's leading software companies. Initially, our focus was integrating voice into the communication stack. Later, we helped architect the multi-tenant hosting and cloud platform that became Office 365.
2012-2024
2012-2024
Supported several major German Microsoft customers with full-stack migration to Microsoft
Understanding how customers adopt Microsoft solutions was always a key part of our mission. We supported major enterprises in driving adoption, including Asklepios Healthcare Group, REWE Group, ARAG SE, and IKB Deutsche Industriebank.
Charité Universitätsmedizin
With more than 20,000 employees, Charité is not only the leading hospital in Germany, but is also known worldwide as a top location for health and research.

We were part of the IT division, reporting directly to the CIO, and also supported special institutions such as the Berlin Institute of Health. Our task was to combine the Siemens communications infrastructure with the Microsoft Modern Workplace approach.
Bayer HealthCare
Bayer Group, with €46.6 billion in revenue in fiscal year 2024 across its HealthCare divisions, engaged us at C-level to keep strategic technical projects on track — serving as a direct counterpart to Microsoft Consulting Services.
pronova BKK
Pronova BKK, with around 600,000 insured members, ranks among Germany's five largest company health insurance funds and top 25 health insurers overall, operating within a network of approximately 70 company health funds.

We were engaged to drive innovation across Pronova and its technical service providers, supporting data center initiatives, establishing a Microsoft partnership, and contributing to product development. Upon completion, our mandate transitioned to the internal service provider itsc.
Gelsenwasser
GELSENWASSER is one of Germany's largest water supply companies and is considered the largest private water supplier in Germany. Based in Gelsenkirchen, the company supplies drinking water to over 100 cities. Every year, the company delivers around 230 million cubic meters of drinking water to households, industry, and other suppliers.

We have supported the company for almost five years with strategic IT projects related to Microsoft and special projects. The services were integrated into the in-house service provider rku-it, which has almost 500 employees.
Flughafen Düsseldorf
Düsseldorf Airport, Germany's third-largest with over 20 million annual passengers, entrusted us as lead for one of the country's largest Windows 10 and Microsoft Cloud migrations.

The project covered more than 1,200 administrative workstations plus terminal systems operated for airlines like Lufthansa and TUI — a technically complex undertaking where we prevailed over Microsoft Consulting Services despite their vendor-first advantage.
Stadtwerke Bochum
Stadtwerke Bochum is a leading energy supplier in North Rhine-Westphalia, generating over €850 million in revenue and operating more than 170,000 meters.

The group encompasses its network operating company and holdings including Gelsenwasser AG, with indirect stakes in over 60 other utilities and companies.
